Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the File Unit application (the "Service") operated by us.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
1. Terms
By accessing this Service, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on the Service for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- modify or copy the materials;
- use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
- attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Service;
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
- transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time.
3. Prohibited File Uploads
Users are prohibited from uploading files that:
- Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
- Contain any material which is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Promote sexually explicit or pornographic material, violence, or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
- Infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property or other rights of any other person.
We reserve the right to terminate any user account and delete any associated information, including files uploaded and generated to the cloud, if we determine that the user has violated these Terms.
4. Compliance with Law Enforcement
We will cooperate with law enforcement authorities as required by law. We will disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process, to protect our property and rights or the property and rights of a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity we consider to be illegal or unethical.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service, without any advance notice. Any account information, including files uploaded and generated to the cloud, may be permanently deleted at our discretion.
6. Refund Policy
As our Service provides a digital product, we do not offer refunds. You are able to cancel your subscription at any time, but you will not be refunded the cost of the subscription. All payments are processed through Stripe.
The materials on the Service are provided "as is". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
7. Limitations
In no event shall we or our suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Service, even if we or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
8. Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing on the Service could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials on its Service are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on the Service at any time without notice.
9. Links
We have not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Service and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by us of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user's own risk.
10. Site Terms of Use Modifications
We may revise these Terms of Use for its Service at any time without notice. By using this Service you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
11. Governing Law
Any claim relating to the Service shall be governed by the laws of the owner's home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
